Hello and Welcome!

Real estate is such an incredible thing. It truly becomes the center of our universe. For some of us, it’s our “home base”, our place where lasting memories will be made. For others, it’s the cornerstone of our long-term investment strategy. And, for many, it’s both!

Having lived in many areas of the country, real estate has always fascinated me! I was born in Michigan, raised in Illinois and Georgia, went to college in Missouri (graduated magna cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis), and found my way to Colorado in 2009 when I moved here to be with my now husband. After 12 years here, I am still in love with the majestic mountain views! There truly is no better place to live than Colorado!!

I made the jump to real estate earlier this year after spending the past 6 years in finance. All of my experience preparing tax returns, bookkeeping, portfolio management and working directly with clients has prepared me to provide excellent service to my buyers and sellers.

In addition to traditional real estate, I am passionate about helping buyers purchase investment properties! Both long-term and short-term rentals are a great way to build your real estate portfolio. I have extensive experience managing properties on AirBnB and VRBO and know the software inside and out. I can walk you through either site to help you get your rental business up and running and make it both easy and successful for you!

My husband and I live in Westminster with our two girls and our kitties. He owns a roofing and window company and we are both diehard Broncos fans! We have performed with the Denver Broncos Stampede (their official brass and drumline) since 2010. We play for the fans at every home game. It is such a blast! In addition to the games, we got to perform in the 2015 Super Bowl parade, traveled to Taiwan (2014) and Bahrain (2017) as part of the group, and were part of the opening ceremonies for the World Ski Championships in 2015 in Beaver Creek!
