Scott Bratt

Hi! I’m Scott Bratt and I’m so excited to be a part of this wonderful Westwater Realty team. I’ve been working in Real Estate since 2019, with a background in apartment sales/leasing, having worked in both Denver and Boulder. I’m passionate about utilizing my skills and experience to help you find your dream home, or to help you with a successful investment purchase, or smooth sale of your current home.

Originally from Overland Park, Kansas, I studied Philosophy and Comparative Religions at the University of Kansas. I’ve spent a few years in Chicago and moved to Denver in 2015 for the weather, the mountains, the music, and the adventures. I’ve since married my wife, Mischa, a Colorado native, and established Colorado as my forever home.

Last year we took some time to backpack through Europe and Southeast Asia. A “live your life while your knees still work” type of adventure that has given us so much perspective, experience, and clarity. Coming back from a trip of a lifetime, I feel so grateful and empowered to have a profession that aligns with my values. Creating real connections with people and supporting them.

Prior to real estate, my professional background was in food & beverage, music, sales, and nonprofits. I made the jump to Real Estate because it was the perfect next step in my career for combining my experience with sales, relationship-building, and helping my community. To me, the most crucial part of Real Estate is the relationship formed between clients and their agent. Having an advocate who not only puts your time and interests as a priority, but also someone who gets you excited about the endeavor, is the best combination for finding your ideal home. Buying or selling homes does not have to be stressful, overwhelming, or frustrating, and I’m here to make sure the process is as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing basketball, cooking, spending time with my community of friends, and being outdoors (hiking, camping…Colorado things). Music is also a big passion of mine. I love playing guitar, jamming with friends, and seeing all live music in this amazing state.
